To commence enjoying your new appliance, we invite you to schedule your delivery through our Miele Delivery Portal.

We recommend you have your Customer Number and Order Number available, as found on your Order Confirmation (click here or here for an example).

Alternatively, should you not have this information available, you can search for your order by entering your unique personal information as provided for the invoice at time of purchase.

Please note, that prior to booking your delivery your order must be paid in full. Final payments can be made using our Miele Order Payment Portal
